PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate abrasion of a shaft seal device due to sliding contact and to prevent leakage of a sending fluid. SOLUTION: The shaft seal part 5 of a pump is provided with an auxiliary impeller 6 for preventing leakage of a sending fluid at rotating time of a shaft 4 and an elastic seal 10 having a blade 11 for opening a seal surface 10S at rotating time of the shaft 4 and closing the seal surface 10S at stopping time.
