PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel having increased light output. SOLUTION: The scintillator panel comprises a glass-made substrate 26, of which one surface is a radiation incident surface, an Al film 13 provided on the surface of the radiation opposite to the incident surface of the substrate 26, a scintillator 16 disposed on the Al film 13, emitting light by the incidence of radiation passing through the substrate 26 and the Al film 13, and a transparent organic film 18 for covering at least a part of the radiation incident surface and the scintillator 16. The Al film 13 passes the radiation and reflects the emitted light by the scintillator 16.
