PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make operability good, and enable an operating condition of a load to be easily identified. SOLUTION: A switch device comprises a condition indication means for indicating an opening/closing condition of a contact section 100. When a piano handle 43 is operated, a push button handle 32 is pushed down against a resilient spring 37, so that a slide cam 33 is descended and a reverse handle 31 is rotated. When the reverse handle 31 is reversely rotated, a coil spring 30 is reversed so that an opening/closing body 24 is reversed and a moving contact 29 is separated from a fixed contact 25 to change the contact section 100 into an opening condition. An indicating body 70 is inserted slidably in a sliding hollow section 76 of the piano handle 43. A driving segment 71 serving to slide the indicating body 70 is formed integrally with the reverse button handle 31, and inserted into a hole 70 formed in the front of a cover 5a. When the piano handle 43 is pushed down, the top of the driving segment 71 is guided to an operating face 70c of an operating segment 70b while moving the indicating body 70.
