The locking device comprises frame (2) on which drum (3) is pivoted. The rigging (5) is wound around drum for at least complete revolution and locked in position by cam (4). The cam is moved by lever (7) between locking position in which the rigging is locked between drum and cam and unlocked position. In unlocked position rigging can be unwound through device. |
