PURPOSE: A process for preparing a thermal-acoustic insulation material having excellent properties in sound absorption, sound insulation and impact absorption by using synthetic fiber obtained by laminating many folds and needle punching is provided. Whereby, the product has excellent restoring force, a lightweight structure, flexibility and work execution property. CONSTITUTION: This thermal-acoustic insulation material is prepared by the process consisting of: preparing a plurality of synthetic fibers having different melting point; crushing the synthetic fiber; mixing the fibers having different melting points; spreading the mixed raw material and forming a sheet shape; laminating the opened sheet with desired thickness and length; blowing heat blast to the laminate containing low melting point synthetic fiber; forming the laminate in an evenness shape; cooling with cool wind; and packing in a specified shape. |
