PURPOSE: A clutch actuator makes clutch actuated automatically when treadling a brake pedal when turning on a clutch auto-driving switch so as to improve convenience of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A clutch actuator comprises a clutch driving switch(71), a brake pedal switch(61) and a clutch automatic actuator(70). The clutch driving switch(71) is turned on and off according to a driver's selection. The brake pedal switch(61) perceives actuation of a brake pedal(60). The clutch automatic actuator(70) cut offs power by driving a clutch(50) when the brake pedal(60) is treadled in the condition of the clutch driving switch(71) being turned on.
