PURPOSE: A trim panel fixing device reduces producing cost and prevents noise from being generated so as to improve quality thereof. CONSTITUTION: A trim panel fixing device comprises an engaging hole(51) and a fixer(61). The engaging hole(51) is formed on one side of an inner panel(50). The fixer(61) formed on the inside of a trim panel(60) is inserted in the engaging hole(51) and fixed thereto. The fixer(61) comprises a fixing groove(61a) and an inclined part(61b). The fixer(61) is integrally formed with the trim panel(60) so that separate fixing device for fixing the trim panel(60) and the inner panel(50) are not needed thereby reducing the number of parts and producing cost naturally.
