PURPOSE: An axial force measuring apparatus is provided to accurately measure axial force of a shaft receiving torque and axial force at the same time, with a simple construction. CONSTITUTION: An axial force measuring apparatus includes a shaft(21) receiving torque and axial force at the same time, a disc(22) installed at the shaft, and a plurality of strain gauges installed at a front surface and a rear surface of the disc, wherein the strain gauge includes a first strain gauge(23) and a second strain gauge(24) installed at one surface of the disc at the gaps of 180°on the same radius, and a third strain gauge(25) and a fourth strain gauge(26) installed at the other surface of the disc, and the disc is installed at a flange part(27) prepared at the shaft.
