PURPOSE: A notice panel and device for suspending placard are provided to easily attach and/or separate the placard from the panel by installing a driving chain rotating upward and downward on both posts of the notice panel to enable any workers not to climb the post to suspend the placard or notice board. CONSTITUTION: The suspending device for the placard and/or notice board comprises interlocking shafts (3, 3') to fix chain gears (4, 4') at internal upper and lower parts of both posts (2, 2') of the notice panel (1); a driving chain (6) welded with multiple chain rings (5) at one side of a pin coupling the gears to rotate; another interlocking gear (4a) and the gear (4') together equipped on the lower shaft (3') to be connected to a second driving gear (8b) at another driving shaft (7) positioned on lower part of the device; a first driving gear (8a) coaxially fastened to the second gear to be connected to a rotating gear (9') at a rotation axis (9) positioned on lower part of the device; a handle (10) fixed at outer side of the rotation axis; and a cover (11) at outer side of the driving chain (6).
