PURPOSE: A 1,3-propylene diamide zirconium complex and olefin polymerization catalytic composition including the complex are provided to accomplish high catalytic activity to the olefin polymerization by comprising flexible propylene diamide ligands in the complex. CONSTITUTION: The 1,3-propylene diamide zirconium complex is defined as formula (wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, tert-butyl and phenyl groups; X is chlorine or methyl group). The method for producing the complex comprises reacting 1,3-diaminopropane and chlorotrialkylsilane to produce N,N-disilane product; removing amine of the N,N-disilane product and Zr(N(CH3)2)4 to obtain mono-chelate amide complex; reacting the amide complex and the chlorotrialkylsilane to produce a zirconium catalyst represented by formula (wherein X=Cl); and alkylating the product to prepare the final 1,3-propylene diamide zirconium catalyst (wherein X=alkyl group).
