SOLUTION: The optical branch insertion equipment is provided with an optical transmitter that transmits a light with a specific wavelength and an attenuator that adjusts the attenuation of an optical variable attenuator so that an optical level of an inserted light is equal to an optical level of a passing light in an output light of the optical transmitter.
