HEAT SEAL CONNECTOR AND CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low costed heat seal connector and a connecting structure of electrical circuit, at which conductive particles do no cause short-circuit of plural wiring patterns and do not cause unstableness of electrical connection, and enables to miniaturize the wiring pattern. SOLUTION: Wiring patterns 2, made of conductive metal layers, are put side by side at a prescribed pitch in the direction to the back side, at least on one surface of an insulating elastic base material 1. Both sides of the part of above base material are used as connecting terminal parts 3 by which the base material is adhered to a connecting terminal part 11 of a display body 10 and a board 12, and plurality of protrusions 6 are plated and installed at a matt surface 4 which is the connecting surface of respective terminal parts 3. While an insulating heat seal adhesive 7, which adheres to the connecting terminal part 11 of the display body 10 and the board 12, is applied one over the other to the matt surface 4 of plural connecting terminal parts 3 at respective end parts, and insulating resist layers 8 are molded in lamination at the connecting part located at approximately the central part of plural wiring patterns 2. As the conductive particles 13 are not used, the conductive particles are not interposed between the connecting terminal parts 3 of the wiring patterns 2. Thus, isolation resistance between the wiring patterns 2 is maintained, and the short-circuit caused by the conductive particles 13 at the connecting terminal parts 3 is prevented.
