PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow proof hood for outdoor unit which can be assembled easily on the site and an outdoor unit equipped with a snow proof hood. SOLUTION: The snow proof hood for outdoor unit comprises first and second plates 4, 2 forming a hood wherein the first and second plates 4, 2 have an overlapping part 4f. A stopper 7a is provided at a part of one plate 2 in the overlapping part while a stop hole 7b is made in the part 4f of the other plate. The first and second plates 4, 2 are coupled by fitting the stopper in the stop hole. |
