PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the possibility that a disk drops into a space housing a mechanism block in a cabinet while maintaining the operability in mounting a disk. SOLUTION: The mechanism block 2 provided with a turntable 8 is interlocked to a cover 4 and is liftably disposed between a first position where the block is erected within the cabinet 1 along a cam groove 14 provided on the cabinet 1 inside surface and a second position where the block projects from the opening at the top surface of the cabinet 1 and the turntable 8 faces upward and attains a posture lying sideways. A receiving lever 6 which supports the disk is pivotally supported 61a at the bottom end of the mechanism block 2. The receiving lever 6 comes into contact with the cabinet 1 and turns to a direction where the lever is housed into the cabinet 1 in the state of arriving at the second position of the mechanism block 2.
