PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor with short processing time and for which only small storage capacity is required. SOLUTION: This data processor is provided with a calculating means 4 to calculate the average value of plural pieces of data with various values, a comparing means 5 to compare the size of the data with the average value and a grouping means 6 to group pieces of the data into data which are smaller than the average value and data which are equal to or larger than the average value and pieces of the data are rearranged in the order of the value by repeating calculation comparison, and grouping.
