PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel having an intermediate barrel which is molded from plastics by using an simple die. SOLUTION: As for the lens barrel having a fixed barrel which is fixed inside the lens barrel, a cam cylinder which is moved accompanying rotation in the optical axis direction with respect to the fixed barrel and which is equipped with a cam groove, the intermediate barrel with a cam pin which is engaged with the cam groove so as to be linearly moved in the optical axis direction in accordance with the rotation of the cam cylinder, a front barrel which is moved in the optical axis direction in accordance with the rotation of the cam cylinder, and then, whose rotations is interrupted by a linear guiding part arranged in the intermediate barrel, and a rear barrel which passes through an oblong hole formed in the intermediate barrel so as to integrally unit with the front barrel, the cam pin, the linear guiding part and the oblong hole are arranged on nearly a straight line parallel to the optical axis on the outer periphery of the intermediate barrel.
