PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply define scene description operation from an object. SOLUTION: This authoring system is provided with a means 17 (11, 8, 9 and 16) which prepares a scene description operation definition file about a position, an operation and a user operation on a time series with respect to prepared streaming data and any data other than the streaming data and scene description information preparing means 18 and 19 which compile the scene description operation definition file prepared by the means and prepare scene description information.
