PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an OS to the 'OS to hold normal operation' even when 'a work with a considerably high load by multi-task operation' is executed (change it by a user oneself) since a computer is easily frozen when large quantity of file processing and plural works with high load are performed by multi- task, a problem is generated in a registry in point of 'recognition for a hardware device' and the OS may become unstable when treatment of 'extension, replacement and detachment of the hardware device' is performed in a 'computer where a graphical interface OS is operated'. SOLUTION: The registry is 'optimized' and stably operated by performing a special preliminary work to 'reconstruct hardware recognition from zero' for all pieces of mounted hardware by emphasizing 'hardware in relation to a root of a system'.
