PURPOSE: A method is provided to allow a user to view a moving image picture-in-picture(PIP) according to channel switching information by implementing the effect as two tuners PIP with one tuner PIP. CONSTITUTION: After the multi-screen of the television is turned on according to request of the user, if the user selects a switching operation of the channel, the selected channel switching information is outputted to an external device through an interface. Image and audio information are inputted from the external device. The inputted image information is displayed on a predetermined screen. The multi-screen is a picture-in-picture(PIP) screen or a picture-out-picture(POP) screen. The external device controls itself tuner according to the outputted channel switching information and inputs the image and audio information to the television after tuning to a corresponding channel. The interface is EZ_LINK interface. |
