PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a mat for an Ondol bed is provided to manufacture a mat for an Ondol bed with a built-in hot-water pipe easily, to mold easily and to have excellent insulating effects. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a mat(1) for an Ondol bed comprises the steps of: manufacturing a rectangular molding frame; spreading sheet copper on the bottom of the molding frame; installing a hot-water pipe(30) on the sheet copper, covering up the hot-water pipe(30) with small pebbles; covering up the molding frame with a cover with a sprue and a sprue runner, then fixing with a clip; foaming by pouring liquid urethane foam into the sprue; and removing the molding frame and the cover.
