PURPOSE: A multimedia teleconference apparatus and teleconference method using the apparatus is provided to automatically progressing a teleconference during a multimedia teleconference as a file based on wireless networks, by previously storing a conference progress sequence using a teleconference progress script command and allowing a teleconference director to progress the teleconference according to the stored file data. CONSTITUTION: A wireless terminal is used to input a conference progress sequence during the progression of a teleconference, which is based on a multimedia terminal connected with a wireless network server. A teleconference progression script command table generating part(20) receives elements need for progress of the teleconference including teleconference begin time, telephone numbers of participants, related resources from the wireless terminal, and converts it to a teleconference progression script command table. A teleconference progression script command table processing part(30) executes the script command table created at the teleconference progression script command table generating part(20). A wireless network interface part(40) provides a wireless network interface to the teleconference progression script command table processing part(30). A multi-point controlling part(50) selectively controls video and audio channels of the participants through the wireless network interface part(40).
