PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing steering angle characteristic is provided to consecutively and accurately confirm steering angle characteristic of a tire by digitalizing rotary characteristic of the tire according to the operation of a steering handle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing steering angle characteristic includes a sensor part(50) detecting electric signals different from each other according to the rotation of a tire(40), an analysis part(60) calculating rotation angle of the tire by using the electric signals of the sensor part, a display part(70) displaying the calculation result of the analysis part, and a power source part(80) supplying power source to the sensor part, the analysis part, and the display part, wherein the sensor part includes a resistance formed in an arc type, a rotary contact point connected with the tire, so that one end of the rotary contact point is rotated following the resistance surface according to the rotation of the tire, and a voltmeter measuring the voltage transmitted through the rotary contact point.
