DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY ARRANGING NAIL

PURPOSE: Device and method for automatically arranging a nail are provided to easily pack, to automatically detect faulty of the nail, and to improve productivity by automatically arranging the nail. CONSTITUTION: An automatic nail arranging device comprises a sensor member detecting faulty of nails transferred through a supply line; a motor(20a) and a transferring roller(20b) carrying the nails to an arrange process by controlling a carrying position; a product deciding unit dropping the nail by checking a position through on driving in transferring normal nails; a nail arranging member stacking the nail by transferring the nail to an arrange line(2) while automatically rotating left and right; a packing transferring member(50) rectilinear reciprocated by pneumatics to transfer the nail into a packing process; and a system control unit sequentially controlling each portions of the system according to a transferring state of the nail detected by the sensor member. The automatic nail-arranging device detects faulty of the bundled nail and arranges the faulty nail.
