PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail-order system which enables safe payment between devices of a purchaser and a store connected to a communication network. SOLUTION: The customer device commands a purchase of an article through a Web page on the store device and the store device sends purchase data including the price of the article to a financial institution device in response to the command of the customer device and the financial institute device requests credit card data of the customer device through a Web page; and the customer device sends the credit card data to the financial institution device through a Web page at the request, the financial institution device decides whether or not the price of the article can be paid according to the credit card data and financial information and informs the store device of the decision result, and the store device confirms the decision result. |
