PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a semiconductor device from being reversely mounted on a printed board at the time of mounting. SOLUTION: Recognition marks 12a, 12b, and 12c are given for recognizing mounting positions at an upper left, an upper right and a lower right of substantially square semiconductor carrier. On mounting the device onto the printed board, positional recognition at upper, lower left and right sides by recognizing two marks 12a and 12c is performed for mounting the device on the diagonal line for saving waste of time. The recognition mark 12a is different in shape from the mark 12c as a circular mark larger than the mark 12c. When the semiconductor device is mounted on the printed board and the like, the recognition mark assuredly points out mounting direction as reversed by 180 deg. even if the semiconductor carrier 4 is incorrectly set by 180 deg.. Therefore, revere mounting can be prevented. |
