<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency without deteriorating volumetric efficiency of a screw compressor. SOLUTION: An intermediate pressure chamber 18 is arranged in a high pressure seal part 12 arranged in the vicinity of a high pressure part end surface of a screw rotor 5, and a bypass passage 19 is arranged for communicating the intermediate pressure chamber of the high pressure seal part with a compression groove of the screw rotor in the middle of compression.</p> |
