PURPOSE: A wiper diagnosing apparatus is provided to measure dynamic push distribution change in operating a wiper and instantly know improvement direction of the push pressure distribution accordingly, and accurately diagnose durability of the wiper. CONSTITUTION: In case that a wiper operates in a clean range of a window, a wiper diagnosing apparatus includes a plurality of push pressure measuring parts(1000) installed at the clean range of the window for measuring push pressure applied to the window by the wiper, a signal amplifying part(2000) amplifying signals outputted from each push pressure measuring parts for outputting the amplified signals, and a signal analyzing part(3000) measuring push pressure distribution acting to the clean range according to the signals outputted from the signal amplifying part and measuring the abrasion degree of the wiper accordingly.
