PURPOSE: A belt pulley system supplies oil to a balance hydraulic pressure room to offset the centrifugal force of hydraulic pressure generated in a hydraulic pressure chamber of a secondary pulley during high-speed rotation. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pressure chamber(27) is formed between a cylinder(19) disposed on the outer side of a variable side pulley(11) of a secondary pulley(3) and a piston(23) inserted therein. A coiled spring(35) is installed inside the hydraulic pressure chamber(27). A space(39) is formed between the piston and a shaft bearing(37) installed on an output shaft(15) and installed on the output shaft(15) to be supplied with oil through an oil passage(47) in the output shaft(15). A balance case(41) has one end installed to the front end of the cylinder(19) to be interlocked with and the other end operated slidingly on the space(39). The balance case(41) forms a balance hydraulic pressure room(43) together with the outside of the piston(23). A spray hole(45) is formed in the space(39) to spray oil supplied from the oil passage(47) in the output shaft(15) to the balance hydraulic pressure room(43).
