WELDING DEVICE FOR INTERCONNECTOR OF LEAD ACID BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent welding flame of a welding device used for welding lead acid battery strap and the like from being unstable because of clogging in a main burner and a pilot burner with particles of carbon and lead oxide or misfiring by wind pressure. SOLUTION: A welding device for lead-acid battery interconnector is provided with a main burner 1 emitting welding flame and a pilot burner 3 emitting main burner ignition flame. The pilot burner 3 is provided in the opposite direction against the welding flame emission direction securing a clearance from a main burner opening 2 and an electrode 6 generating ignition sparks for the pilot burner 3 is provided adjacent to an opening 4 of the pilot burner 3. The main burner ignition flame is controlled to be extinguished after the welding flame is ignited.
