PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reject an incoming call even under the situation utilizing a magic box only by a simple operation of a telephone set side. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a voice recognizing means (voice recognizing part 7) which extracts an originating ID from the announcement of a network side notifying that a message is received by voice recognition and a controlling means (controlling part 10) which controls the erasure of a message from a caller recorded on the network side when the extracted originating ID is compared with a preliminarily stored and held incoming call rejection ID and the both IDs coincide with each other.
