PURPOSE: Die structure is provided to improve the forming property by securing an expanding rate of a material. CONSTITUTION: A lower die clamping die(3) is installed to support an unformed portion of a material pipe(1). An upper die clamping die(5) is installed on the lower die clamping die(3) to pressurize and to support the material pipe(1) with the lower die clamping die(3). A fixing die(7) and a moving die(11) are fixed in the material pipe(1). Forming faces(9) are formed in the fixing die(7) and the moving die(11). A left and a right hydraulic cylinders(13,15) are formed in the fixing die(7) and the moving die(11) to pressurize and to supply hydraulic pressure into the material pipe(1). A rubber friction material(17) is contacted with the dies(5,3) to increase the friction force. A combining device is installed between the dies(5,3) and the moving die(11). Pin grooves(19,21) are formed in the dies(5,3). Combining pins(23,25) are installed in the moving die(11) corresponding to the pin grooves. |
