PURPOSE: A rear assist arm mounting bush for a vehicle is provided to control roll steering and toe-in without changing length of a rod by rotating a cam. CONSTITUTION: A rear assist arm mounting bush of a vehicle comprises a middle pipe(14) integrally combined to an outer pipe through a rubber(11); a cam(17) fixed between the middle pipe and an outer pipe(13); a flange(15) mounted on an end portion of the inner pipe to place the cam; and a nut(16) fixing the cam on the flange by being combined to the inner pipe. The cam is rotated by being integrally combined to the inner pipe. Thus, the cam changes length of a rod of a rear assist arm by controlling position of the cam. Thereby, the rear assist arm mounting bush of the vehicle controls roll steering and toe-in without changing length of the rod by rotating the cam.
