PURPOSE: An infant protection device for a vehicle is provided to output a voice of a confined infant in a vehicle to the outside after amplifying the voice through a microphone. CONSTITUTION: An infant protection device for a vehicle comprises; a battery; a start key(10) connected to the battery; a first relay(20) combined with the start key; an indoor temperature detecting device(30) detecting an indoor temperature and driving the first relay according to the indoor temperature; a microphone(40) receiving an indoor voice; an amplifier(50) joined with the microphone to amplify signals from the microphone; and a speaker(60) converting the signals from the amplifier to a voice. Thus, when the indoor temperature is more than 25 deg.C or less than 10 deg.C, power is fed to the first relay and a confined infant in a vehicle is able to be rescued.
