PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the installation work for inner pipe safely by performing the work in a short period of time thereby reducing the production cost for a temporary receiving frame. SOLUTION: A lower end of a first wire 24 is attached to the outer periphery of the first pipe body 21, after suspending the first pipe body to a predetermined height with the first jack 22, a second pipe body 32 is connected to the bottom portion of first pipe body. Next, the bottom of the second wire 25 is attached to second pipe body 32, the first pipe body 31 and second pipe body are suspended up to the predetermined height by the first jack 22 and the second jack 23. In the same manner, the pipe body below the third pipe body is connected to the bottom of the second pipe body 32. Before suspending the first pipe body 31 is suspended above the jacks 22, 23, the first wire 24 is removed from the first pipe body, after attaching the first wire to the second pipe body while the inner pipe 3 is held by the second wire 25, the inner pipe is suspended up with jacks 22, 23.
