PURPOSE: A cooling/heating system for a vehicle is provided to minimize ventilation resistance, to increase air flow and to reduce a load of a blower motor by blowing air selectively from a blower depending on usage. CONSTITUTION: A cooling/heating system includes: an external air duct flowing external air; an internal air duct re-flowing indoor air; an air control valve mounted between the air ducts to open/shut the air ducts selectively; an intake duct connected with the two ducts; a blower(10) mounted on a side of the intake duct to blow air thereto; a heating duct(18) connected with the blower, having a heater(16); a cooling duct(20) connected with the blower, having an evaporator(22), a heat exchanger of a cooling cycle; and a converter flowing air selectively to the cooling duct or the heating duct. When a driver operates an operating switch depending on heat or cool inside of a vehicle, a motor is driven. A lower case slides into an upper case, and a door engaged with the lower case is rotated in one direction. Therefore, the door opens the heating duct and the cooling duct selectively.
