JIG FOR ADHERING FORMING MATERIAL TO JOINING SURFACE OF TAP HOLE OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A jig for adhering a forming material to the joining surface of a tap hole of a blast furnace is provided which is improved so that the joining surface forming or repairing operation is easily carried out while a refractory material for forming or repairing is not directly adhered to the joining surface of the tap hole by an operator. CONSTITUTION: In a jig (15) for adhering a forming material to the joining surface (11) of a tap hole of a blast furnace which is constructed so that the joining surface of the tap hole of the blast furnace is formed using a mud gun, the jig comprises a cylindrical pulp jig in which wood and paper are synthesized, wherein the cylindrical pulp jig is inserted into a nozzle tip (12-2) of the mud gun, and a groove for settling a forming agent is formed inside the front end part of the cylindrical pulp jig; a bending ring (15-1) installed at the middle part of the outside of the jig so as to prevent cracking of the jig; and a ring member (16) for fixing the forming agent settled in the settling groove of the jig.
