PURPOSE: A foreign material discharger of a washer in reservoir tank is provided to install an install groove on a lower end of a float displaying filled state of washer and to automatically discharge foreign materials in the washer reservoir with load of the float by installing an actuating rod connected to an elastic spring. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material discharger comprises an accumulation chamber(32) of a cylinder shape piling foreign material(30); a washer reservoir(10) forming a discharge hole(38) on a side of the accumulation chamber; a body(44) forming an install groove(42); a float(40) having a frame unit(46) of a hexahedron shape penetrated by plural grooves letting in washer(14); an actuating rod(34) of a cylinder shape connected to a lower end of the accumulation chamber with an elastic spring. The actuating rod is mounted on the install groove of the float. A lower face of the washer reservoir is slantingly formed toward the accumulation chamber. Thereby, the foreign material is discharged through the discharge hole. Moreover, the foreign material remaining in as slurry is let in the accumulation chamber(32) through the groove penetrating the frame of the float and discharged via the discharge hole.
