PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor excitation solid laser in which the fluctuation of oscillation frequencies can be reduced even when the fluctuation of surrounding temperature is generated. SOLUTION: In this semiconductor laser excitation solid laser equipped with a semiconductor laser for excitation and a solid laser to be excited by the output light of the semiconductor laser for oscillating and emitting a laser beam, the output waveform of the semiconductor laser is turned into the mixed waveform of DC components and a pulse wave, and the output light of the solid laser is synchronized with the pulse wave.
