<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic cell in which fitting of lid body in sealing of the hermetic cell by the lid body can be surely and easily performed. SOLUTION: In a hermetic cell of which an upper opening of a cell can is sealed with lids by welding, any one of a longer side and a shorter side of the cell is deformed by pressing toward a center from outside in the vicinity of opening ends of opposed surfaces in one side, and then the lid bodies are forcibly fitted and then laser-welded to seal the opening ends.</p> |
