<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device realizing reduction in faulty soldering of a chip part at the time of soldering the chip parts on a circuit board. SOLUTION: This is a liquid crystal display device comprising a liquid crystal display element having a liquid crystal layer held between two substrates and at least one driving means for applying a driving voltage to the liquid crystal layer arranged in the periphery of one of the two substrates, and comprising a circuit board on which a display control means for controlling at least one driving means is mounted, and the circuit board has a chip part with electrodes on both ends to be soldered respectively to a pair of land parts arranged on circuit board, and a pair of land parts each have projecting parts of a resin layer projecting toward the center of each land part in the central part of an opposite area faced to each other, and a distance (L) between the projecting parts of resin layer satisfies the relation L>=1, when the length of the chip part in the direction connecting both electrodes is assumed as 1.</p> |
