<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate input device capable of simultaneously inputting plural points and surely inputting points even in a division part divided into plural input areas and allowed to be easily manufactured, and a method for manufacturing the input device. SOLUTION: A coordinate input part 12 in the coordinate input device 10 has 1st and 2nd resistance films 16, 18 opposed to each other. The 1st resistance film 16 is provided with areas 22a, 22b to be input parts arranged on both the sides of a narrow band 20 in the Y direction. Many through hole parts 24 of two lines are formed in the narrow band 20 at a fixed pitch, so that the narrow band 20 becomes a high resistance part. The width W1 of the through hole part 24 is shorter than the contact part size L of a pen tip 34a. When two pens 34 are simultaneously depressed into contact points A1, A2 on the two areas 22a, 22b, two data can be simultaneously inputted, and even in the narrow band 20, a voltage value can be surely detected and data can be inputted.</p> |
