SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an input means 3 for inputting information regarding the facilities and operation conditions of the hospital and the arrive distribution of patients for calculating reception times and inter- facility movement times of each counter, consultation departments, etc., a storage means 2 which stores at least the information regarding the facilities and operation conditions of the hospital and the arrival distribution of the outpatients inputted by the input means, an arithmetic processing means which calculates at leas the arrival times, movement times, wait times, and the numbers of waiting patients of each of the counters, consultation departments, etc., the use rates of the facilities, etc., on the basis of the information on the facilities and operation conditions stored in the storage means according to the arrival distribution of outpatients of the hospital, and an output means 4 which outputs evaluation information on the operation calculated by the arithmetic processing means; and the waiting times, the number of waiting patients, use rates of the hospital, etc., are outputted as evaluation information on the operation according to the arrival distribution of the outpatient.</p> |
