PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize incoming calls to a cordless terminal in emergency call control that works with alarm generation and calls the cordless terminal housed in a PBX. SOLUTION: A controller 7 analyzes an alarm received from a slave unit and designates a plurality of PHSs in accordance with its type. A memory 3-2 in a trunk 3 has a storage area for the number of PHSs to be stored in the PBX and writes the telephone numbers of the PHSs designated accompanying with alarm reception in the area. A trunk 7 manages a calling start number and periodically changes the value as an (m) value. Then, the storage state of the memory 3-2 is monitored in a cycle being different from that of the value update of a start number, and when the storage of a telephone number is detected, values stored in an upper or lower order from the m-th area are read on the basis of the (m) value shown at that time, and the PHS of a telephone number that is first read is called.
