SOLAR CELL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell and its manufacturing method which improves the stability of an electronic apparatus at connections of its circuit board and backside electrodes, and the reliability concerning the electrostatic charge breakdown. SOLUTION: The backside electrodes are made of a material containing carbon as a main component and formed by the printing method using a thermosetting conductive carbon paste, and a transparent electrode layer and a backside electrode layer are made to have resistance values at the same level, thereby balancing them. Thus, the endurance against the electrostatic charge breakdown can be greatly improved.
