PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient and accurate correlation measurements between the positions of DUTs(devices under test) by an autohandler automatically performing rearrangement work of the devices. SOLUTION: For performing correlation measurements, the autohandler 1 performs the rotation of the devices mounted in a carrier 10 without sorting the devices by sort trays 150, after the lest of an IC. That is, the correlation measurement between the positions of the DUTs is carried out by repeatedly testing the IC of the same device changed, only in the location in the carrier 10 relative to a main body 200.
