PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill base and an adjustable anchor bolt equipped with a base isolation function in a wooden building. SOLUTION: Rubber layers 1a, 1b as cushion members are provided at a position where a foundation 200 and a sill 100 come into contact with each other, a bearing caster having a large-diameter ball 3 interposed with a plurality of small balls 2 are interposed as a single unit or a plurality of units on a steel plate 5 at the upper side of the foundation and, at the sill bottom side, a steel plate 4 having a circular arc-shaped depression arranged so as to slide and come into contact with the center portion of the upper end of each bearing caster in the configuration of the sill base having seismic isolation function. Also, it is the adjustable anchor bolt interposed between the foundation and the sill in a wooden building comprising a convex hemi-sphere steel support cover 7 having a screw coupling portion from which an L-shaped bolt 6 is embedded into the foundation, a convex hemi-sphere steel support 8 having an I bolt which slides and comes into contact inside the cover 7, a defect stiffening cover 9 for steel sill having a through-hole, and fastening parts or the like in the configuration.
