METHOD FOR HOT ROLLING STAINLESS STEEL FOR GUIDING UNIFORMED DEFORMATION OF HOT BAR

PURPOSE: A hot rolling method is provided which guides uniformed deformation inside and width direction of a hot bar by mounting a graphite mixed water spray apparatus to one side of the rough rolling and finishing milling stands in a hot rolling line producing stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: The hot rolling method comprises the processes of mounting a graphite mixed water spray apparatus (1) to one side of the rough rolling and finishing milling stands in a hot rolling line producing stainless steel; and spraying the graphite mixed water onto 100 to 300 mm part at both sides of a stainless hot bar (2) just before rolling the hot bar so as to relieve non-uniformity of tension stress in a width direction of the hot bar during rolling by lubricating effects of the graphite particles, thereby guiding uniformed deformation of the inside and the width direction of a hot bar.
