PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an automatic transmission making shifting with re-setting of a frictional engagement element whereby shifting is performed while the interlock is eliminated certainly. SOLUTION: The time when the turbine revolving speed Nt has for the first time gone out of the range consisting of the reference revolving speed ±the specified speed HYS determined from the output shaft revolving speed No and the gear ratio before shifting, is judged as a transition to the torque phase, and when the level consisting of the sum of the reference revolving speed and specified speed HYS is exceeded, judgement as idle blowing is passed, and the transmission torque capacity of the release side frictional engagement element is corrected incrementally in accordance with the differential value of the turbine revolving speed Nt, while a judgement as interlock is passed when the obtained value is below the reference revolving speed minus the specified speed HYS, and the transmission torque capacity of the release side frictional engagement element is corrected decrementally in accordance with the differential of the turbine revolving speed Nt, input shaft torque, and the car speed. |
