PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for processing image, with which setting of image processing conditions is facilitated and further, time for storing images is unnecessitated. SOLUTION: The image signals of an image picked up by a camera 1 are converted to digital signals by an A/D converter 2, fetched into a signal control circuit 3 and processed by a CPU 4 on the basis of prescribed image processing conditions and the image signals converted to the digital signals are successively stored through the signal control circuit 3 into a storage memory 5. On the basis of the image signals stored in the storage memory 5, the image processing conditions can be set by a setting means such as keyboard or mouse not shown in the figure. |
