PURPOSE: A cooking grill is provided to prevent meat from being burned or partially cooked by transmitting proper heat to the meat through paper such as Korean paper well absorbing moisture. CONSTITUTION: Paper(30) is put on a grill(15) having heat conductive bars(19) and seasoned or oiled meat is put on the paper. Then, the paper rapidly absorbs moisture from the meat and forms a moisture film. Due to the moisture film, the paper transmits proper heat to the heat conductive bars without burning. Further, the seasoning or oil from the meat is absorbed into the paper. A burner(3) is not directly contacted with the grill by a height keeper(10) so that flames are not directly transmitted to the grill and the paper is not burned.
